We used Baby Daybook, it was killer, had sharing and tracked everything quick and easy.
For what it's worth, on Android I used Baby Daybook to track everything in the beginning (diaper changes, feeding, sleeping, medicine etc.) It's especially helpful if you have someone else helping watch the baby.
You'll be so sleep deprived that sometimes it's hard to remember how long it's been since he ate or was changed or whatever, so you glance at the app and say "oh, he hasn't eaten in 2 hours, no wonder he's being a shit."
The beauty is if you keep up with it long enough you get some cool charts and data to look through after a while.
For pictures, just use Google Photos. It's the easiest way to catalog everything and have them be instantly shared with whoever you want without having to do it individually each time. Create a baby shared album, add the people you want to be able to see it, then just put the pictures you take in that album if you want them "public"
I used Baby Daybook and liked it a lot.
I found it very useful to track things, especially at the beginning. Sometimes I couldn't remember how often I was up at night without a record. It's also really useful for sleep because we watched 'awake' intervals more than focusing on a schedule, and this way I did not have to engage my brain when trying to remember when he woke up last.
Check out the free app Baby Daybook, let's you track all sorts of things. And, if you and your partner are on different schedules helps you figure out how much sleep they have had while you were away / asleep, bottles, diaper changes, etc. My wife and I love it!

I've been using Baby Daybook. You can track everything you do for baby, and then look at statistics and a timeline. The breastfeeding tracker is quite good, has a start and stop function, basically like a timer and you can select left or right, and you can add any notes to each individual task.
We started with huckleberry but switched to Baby day book. It works well if you're coordinating with two people, because sync is excellent.
Baby Daybook is what I use. I got it with a one time fee but I think they've moved to a subscription service. Tracks all sorts of things and gives you graphs and stats

I use it on my android phone and its great with the sticky notifications. My husband uses the beta version on his iphone, it syncs but sometimes not right away.

This is the app I use to keep track of everything. The only thing it doesn't have is an alarm, but it does tell you how long it's been between feeds, pumping, diaper changes, etc.
The 5 S's are AMAZING. Details on some below.
I know it seems like your baby doesn't like to be swaddled. He likes his hands next to his face. SWADDLE HIM ANYWAY. I wish I'd known from the start that a couple of weeks in they start thrashing in their sleep and waking themselves up. We spent several days fighting him into the swaddle and it was SO WORTH IT. Longer, better sleep. We like the Halo swaddling sleep sacks.
White noise is magic. It's great for sleeping, and is portable if you have a phone. My son HATES the car, but as long as nothing else is wrong (wet, dirty, hungry, etc), sticking white noise in his ear is like an 'off' switch for his fussing.
Jiggle that baby. Don't just rock, jiggle!
Nosefrida + saline drops = best thing ever.
We love the fisher price papasan swing. He falls asleep in it.
The entire troublesome tots webpage helped me so much with his sleeping. For example, did you know that a baby from 0-3 mos should only be awake 45 min - an hour at a time? Yeah, I didn't, and then I had an overtired meltdown baby. It's great about telling you what's typical for an age and how to get better sleep out of different types of sleepers, as well as giving tips on how to recognize a tired baby.
If breastfeeding, the KellyMom website is beyond helpful. I also think that these videos which show how to recognize if baby is swallowing milk or not were some of the most useful things I watched.
Some sort of tracking app. I use Baby Daybook on android, and while it feels a bit paranoid to track all his naps and feedings etc, it's REALLY handy when one of us goes 'how long has he been awake?' or 'when did he eat last?', because it doesn't just track times, it has a countdown (so at a glance, I know that his last sleep was 51 min ago, or whatever). It's one less thing I have to store in my head.
I use an app called Baby Daybook. It makes remembering which side sooooo much easier.
Best baby tracking app by far: Baby Daybook https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.drillyapps.babydaybook
We just got smart night lights, and place some motion sensor night lights in the kitchen where the formula stuff we had. being able to operate a gentle night light via voice was a life saver - you will often have 0 hands free. I also advise against anything you'll have to think too much about. For warming bottles, we went low tech - we put the packets full of breast milk in hot water from the sink. I would then go to change the baby and by the time I was done, the bottle was ready to go (the hot water got to about room temp), but I also kept a laser thermometer to measure, lol, with a backlit display. The less light you work with at night the better, you'll have an easier time going to sleep -- although for the first few weeks when he would only sleep about 2 hours at a time, we slept in shifts and it made things a lot easier.
*although my caveat to all this is the fact that I didn't know about HA at the time.
Edit to add:
others have mentioned apps, so I will too because I'm a joiner, lol. I got this one:

The pediatrician will ask you about how much. (of what? everything) So definitely use an app to keep track. We actually realized our son was sick once because of it - he was constipated for a bit but being sleep deprived we didn't notice until we saw in the app that it has been a more than a day without a #2. Anyhow, I recommend this one because it has all the nice tracking stuff, yes, but it has:
No idea about GH integration, but Baby Daybook is outstanding.
