These are some apps like FreeMyApps. (Android)
Cashpirate: I get the most money from this one. You get money from downloading apps and you could possibly earn $2.50 to PayPal which is the first payout in a day. Just do the cashpirate picks and sponsorpay offers. Also keep refreshing the pirate picks offers as they continuously add them throughout the day. Use my invite code to get a bonus if you'd like, SZHMDC. Link to Google play store page.
Uento: With this one I earn less money than CashPirate but it is still reasonable. I got $5 after using it for 8 days. You can use my invite code if you want, 4Cmrq.
Wild Wallet: I wrote a guide about this one here
The best part about using these three apps is that they credit you even if you already installed the app before. Basically I already had Amazon Shopping installed, so I deleted it and then did the offer for CashPirate. I then repeated it for Uento.
I'd probably suggest Swagbucks, semi-passive. Just leave the videos run on each of the 6 apps until you reach your limit for the day. This assumes you will have a power source as it can take some time to run out of points if you're not watching for the earning limit. You can grab an app called "Beermoney Assist", which if you have your phone rooted (assuming Android here) you can have it import the favorite videos for the shortest videos on Swag. I'm sure there's other ways to do it, but this is the easiest method I've found.
Another option if you're able to semi-actively use your phone (and it's running Android) would be CashPirate, where you get credit for installing apps and leaving them installed for certain amounts of time. You can use ref code JCAPGL when creating your account if you'd like for 500 bonus points. Some want 30 seconds and one launch, some just want one launch, others you need to leave installed for 3 days once you launch. They also have other offers that other apps like it have from 3rd parties, they normally work pretty well compared to other apps I've tried in the past and I've only rarely not been credited.
As I stated in this post, CashPirate is a cool android app that works globally. Use my referral and you'll get 0.50€ worth of points: KLWIFM
There is CashPirate whos everyone loves in this sub. Pays in PayPal, from $2.50 to $25. CashPirate Additional 50% coins for the first 1000 earnings (=500 coins bonus)! code XTPSIU (you don't need to use my code, can take anybodys on app store)
You install app and get points, with enough points cash out to PayPal, they pay instantly.

Have only installed a few apps so far, and it tracked them properly, so I'm optimistic about it. If you want to check the availability in your country, just click this link (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ayet.cashpirate) and see what it says.
Let me just paste it here then:
So far I have only had success with CashPirate(referral: TLZAYE if you want), and most websites / apps I have tried didn't credit for my installs, although I always run installed apps for 3 minutes. Thank you very much for your help!
Give CashPirate a try. They've always been internationally friendly. They aren't a huge earner, but I've had steady payouts over the last two years.
If you use my referral code (RYFPXV), you get "+50% coins for the first 1000 coins you earn (500 coin bonus)", which is equal to $.50. Besides PayPal, Virtual Visa, and Facebook GC, you can be paid in the form of a mobile recharge (in over 200 countries).
If you have any questions, give me a shout. I previously made a small tutorial that I can find and share with you.
Works for me too Here's how
Hi,
would you like to earn money by trying new free apps and games?
1.) Install CashPirate from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ayet.cashpirate
2.) Enter my referral code "SRNWZE" at signup.
3.) You get +50% coins for the first 1000 coins you earn (= 500 coins bonus) and can start making money
For Android devices, give CashPirate a try. They regularly offer new apps and it seems fairly accurate and prompt in crediting for app installs. However the lowest payout is actually $2.50; I don't know if this matters to you. Anyways if you do decide to try this app I would appreciate if you would use my referral code: IYENZT
Also here is the play store link:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ayet.cashpirate
The CashPirate app has a pretty good referral program. You get 500 coins as a bonus when you sign up under a referral and the person that refers you makes 10% of that person's earnings. The lowest payout is $2.50 PayPal which is 2500 coins and all you need to do is download apps and open them.
If you want to get a head start, signup under my referral using RQUXKJ as the referral code.
I'm not sure if that's the sort of thing you are looking for but it has been one of the most successful ref income I've had besides swagbucks
I make $0,50 to $1 per week with one device. Get it on google play Invitation code VHSFYI will give you 50% more coins for the first 1000 coins (total 500 coins)

For Android try CashPirate or GrabPoints. If you decide to try them I would appreciate if you use my referral codes. For CashPirate it is: IYENZT and for GrabPoints: OQYTGC.
If you have an Android device then I recommend using the app CashPirate. This app pays instantly once you acquire the minimum payout of 2500 points or $2.50 usd PayPal and they pay worldwide as well. You could get 2500 points in a day if you do all the tasks available under the Pirate Picks and some of the Sponsor Pay offer sections. You can use my invite code if you want 'SZHMDC' and here is the link to the Google Play Store page.
Cash pirate - Easy, Install apps and get money. You can eventually make folders of the 3 day apps so everyday you just get free points. (Ref:OLCWUM) ( Non-Ref) Will not be shocked if you cannot get 70 cents within a day... But this apps requires to cash out on $2.50. Enter my ref code and you should get a 50% bonues. Enjoy ;)
There is CashPirate . Requires Android 2.3.3 and up. Pays in PayPal, from $2.50 to $25. CashPirate Additional 50% coins for the first 1000 earnings (=500 coins bonus)! code XTPSIU
You install apps and get points, with enough points cash out to PayPal, they both pay instantly.
! You don't need to use my code, can take anybodys on app store !
I use an app called Cashpirate I just do a few tasks when I'm not busy and I've earned some dollars fairly easy. If you want to you can use my code MZUSLX when signing up and you'll get bonus coins.
I use cashpirate, it works really well for me. The minimum amount to cash out is $2.50, 2500 points, and you get the money between a couple hours and a day later into your paypal account. There are always lots of offers in the pirate picks and sponsorpay, and they seem to pay out the majority of the time. It is only on android, but here is my ref code and a link to it in the app store if you are intrested. I have made about $7.50 from it so far even just in about 3 days! By using my refferal link, you get 50 cents extra, and I get 10% of what you earn. WJXBSH App store link
Already signed (code BC18509 if any1 want free$0.30)
WHAFF Rewards is really a good app where you can make money just by making some downloads and inviting friends. The design is very easy and simple so, beginners can learn very easily how to use it. The service is free and they pay on time. However, some people find it hard to make money here but you can always give it a try.
Another good app talked about all the time is CashPirate
Code XTPSIU for some goodies.
It's basically the same as many others but what I like about it (other than it's not shutting down in 15 days like Tapbooty is) is that the PiratePicks, aarki and AdColony offers instantly credit, no lag whatsoever (some rare times it happened with aarki).
Also SponsorPay has a nice "send a ticket" function and once you get used to it it's also really straightforward compared to tapbooty's for example.
Other than that I guess nothing in particular, the rewards are similar to other apps like this... PiratePicks has at least 1-2 apps a day though, so that's always nice.
EDIT: Also, unlike other similar apps, this works in Europe (EU) and it has different payouts depending on your country but for me (Italy) I see PayPal (minimum $2.5 but also 5, 10, 25), amazon (asks more than 5000 points for $5 due to currency exchange rates I suppose) and Facebook gift card. For US it has also GameStop, Walmart, Xbox, $10 amazon (and for 10000 points also).
If anybody else needs to try it out, the app link is CashPirate download and, if you'd like to enter it, my referral is VQELAP
well it's an app that you install on your android device - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ayet.cashpirate&hl=en - and you just download the apps that they give you to.You have a 0.5$ bonus at startup and you get coins when installing and opening the apps that you have installed. It helps if you have lots of referrals in order to make more coins - you get 10% of what any referral makes and 5% out of a referral of your first referral.hope this helps :)
well you can try cashpirate on your android phone - here is the link : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ayet.cashpirate&hl=en After installing please insert my ref code : KJLWPQ - you can cash in at 2,5$ and it helps if you got plenty of referrals.

I've made quite a bit of spending money over the last year and a half with the websites/apps listed below. It's definitely no replacement for a job, but much of it is either passive or something you can do while watching tv, playing games or redditing at work.
Swagbucks (Referral / non-referral) is a site that pays you to engage with advertising, sign-up for offers, watch videos, play games and fill out surveys. If you're savvy you can make 100+ bucks fairly quickly by signing up for free trials and making sure you cancel them before the trial period is over. There's plenty of smaller offers if you're not into giving out cc information. You can make $1.18 total a day mostly on auto pilot with their 6 mobile apps: Swagbucks TV Mobile, EntertaiNOW TV Mobile, Lifestylz.tv(android only) MovieCli.ps(android only), Sportly.tv(android only) and Indymusic.tv(android only). You just favorite a short video in each app and let it loop until it reaches the daily point limit. (find shortest videos here:)They pay out via Paypal, Amazon gift cards or many other gift cards. Message me if you need any help setting up the apps!
Earnhoney (Referral / non-referral) is a newer site similar to Swagbucks, but with less polish and no mobile apps. This is actually my best earner at the moment and I feel like it's a little too good to last. You can ignore most of the site while you focus on the videos/games. By playing the game "2048" featured on the homepage you can make 15 cents an hour. And by playing I mean let the window sit in the background while you do something else. Video ads will play continuously next to the game and earn you points without you really having to do anything. Run it in multiple windows to earn faster. They pay out via Paypal and Amazon gift cards.
Bing Rewards (Referral / non-referral) Pays you to use Bing search. You get 1 point per 2 searches up to a maximum of 15 points a day. You can also get an additional 10 points a day for mobile searches. You're allowed 5 accounts per "household" (IP address), but each account technically needs to belong to a different person. If you use believable names and email addresses you can be 5 people! Just don't redeem for a reward on more than 1 account per day. If you've keeping track that's 125 points (roughly worth $1.25) a day. Does that sound like a lot of searching? Well there are numerous ways of automating the searches. Try using Bing-pong or anything else you can find with a quick internet search. They pay out via Amazon gift card or many other gift cards.
Qmee (Referral / non-referral) is one that I love for its simplicity. It won't earn as much as the other sites/apps in this list, but it requires very little effort. Qmee installs a browser add-on that displays related advertisements on the left side of your screen after searching particular phrases in Google, Bing, Amazon and Ebay. By clicking any of the advertisements you instantly earn 5-15 cents. You can cash out to (verified) Paypal at any amount and they usually get it to you within the hour (very rare in this scene). They are pretty good at not letting you game the system, but try searching for consumer products like "socks", "printer ink", "baby clothes", etc. Note that if you are big on privacy this add-on probably isn't for you. They clearly have access to what you're searching and clicking. As an alternative you can install in a browser that you don't use for normal day to day browsing and be perfectly fine.
Topcashback (Referral / non-referral) is a very simple site that earns you a percentage cash back when you shop popular online retailers through their site. Yes you do need to make purchases to earn, but if you do what I do and only buy things that you would have anyway, it's free money. They're partnered with thousands of retailers including popular ones like Amazon, Best Buy, Old Navy and Target. In addition to cash back, you can also find coupon codes which will give you instant savings. I buy my dog's food from petsmart.com. When I visit Petsmart via Topcashback I get 7% cash back. 7% of my mastiff's food bill is a nice chunk of change! Cashback sites are notoriously picky with giving credit for a qualifying purchase, so make sure that you follow their guidelines. That includes not using ad-blockers, cookie blockers or navigating away from the retailers website after clicking through from Topcashback.
Cash Pirate (Google play store) is an Android app that pays you to install other apps. Typically you can install an offered app, run it, then delete it. Some of the higher paying apps require you to leave them installed for up to 3 days. You can cash out via Paypal at as soon as you earn at least $2.50. If you use referral code YZPVBA while registering you'll start off with 500 bonus coins ($0.50).
Mobile Performance Meter (Google play store) is an Android app that runs in the background of your phone and tests cell reception in your area. It only pays 20-40 cents a day based on your area and does not work at all in some areas. But once you install it, you never have to do anything but redeem once you get enough points. Every month or so you'll get an easy survey that pays $1.50. There's no Paypal payment option, but they do have lots of available gift cards.
General tips:
Good luck and don't be afraid to message me with any questions!
Also from India.
GrabPoints is the best survey website I could find. Great customer service, pays more than most survey websites, and lots of routers too. GrabPoints Ref for additional $0.5|Non-Ref
Microworkers and Picoworkers for micro jobs.
Cashmining(ref) is a website you can leave a tab on when you're doing something else. Doesn't actually mine so it isn't harmful for your computer.

If you want to have an idea where those install are coming from : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ayet.cashpirate .
I wouldn't recommend it, it's a waste of money IMO.
Pinoy here. Here's my list
Android:
I earned $10 from CashPirate and Uento, downloading apps from time to time. Both payouts start at $2.50 PayPal, apps range from $0.02 - $0.10, slow but steady. Both have referral programs, Uento needs more work to unlock though.
Ref: CashPirate - YXIZVR (+500 Coins/$0.5)
Non-Ref: CashPirate Uento
Proof (For both): Image Link *Just shows $7.50, another $2.50 was on a different account :)
Also started using these, didn't receive payouts for these yet, I'm still a week in:
McMoney [Passive] = $1 PayPal
Non-Ref: McMoney
MoneySMS [Passive] = 1EUR PayPal
Ref: 94E36CA99A (+0.50EUR -> 50% to Payout)
Non-Ref: MoneySMS
Web:
Microworkers [Tasks/Surveys] = $9 PayPal + fees
Spare5 [Tasks] = $5 PayPal
MOBROG [Surveys] = 250PHP PayPal (No Proof from me yet)
Ref: * I'd need your e-mail to send you one :( *
Non-ref: MOBROG
Hope I helped you in any way. If you want to earn more, you can be my referral, so we both get more beermoney! Or do something like freelancing or VA stuff :)
TL;DR: ClixSense's Surveys
Try everything, until you find what really works for you... I can tell you that everyone I referred to ClixSense has made money with it.
Do surveys and tasks from ClixSense Ref - NonRef - Should be easy doing £50/mo by doing surveys and some easy tasks. Remember to get the daily bonus when you make more than $2. Don't waste your time with ads clicking otherwise.
CashPirate for Android - downloading apps and getting money. Should be $10/mo with little effort. I always post a guide to use, since when you begin it can be a little confusing!
CashPirate 5/5 - Simple the best app thus far. After 4 days I made some easy $2,5 - without having any referral link registration. If this rate keeps up I can make about R$ 60,00/month. By registering from a referral, you also gets 500 bonus points. It also has choices of categories to download from :
** PiratePick Apps:
60 points - You install the app and then wait a little. The points should be in your balance or in the pending balance and will get to your normal balance shortly.
80 points - You have to test the app for at least 30 seconds. I always stay a little more to be sure.
100 points - You have to keep the app in your phone for 3 days to be paid. Your points will be in the pending balance until the 3 days have passed.
** SponsorPay The other category of CashPirate which pays decent points and has safe apps from Google Play Store. If they don't pay you, click support, complain, they'll send you an e-mail (instantly) you reply with screenshot of app installed, you get the points.
Other Options I do not do them. They are not in Play Store so I do not try my luck with it. I do not recommend the other categories.
My Referral Code: DKMTUC (Gives you 500 extra points that equals $0.50) NonRef

If you want to download apps, I really recommend using CashPirate.
It's a simple app that pays you (as I said earlier) to download apps and run them, and sometimes (depending on the offer) play for a bit and level up.
So far (in around 2 weeks after downloading, I've became less active) I've cashed out $5 to my PayPal from them, here's the proof (sorry, it's in polish): http://i.imgur.com/Lqa843H.png http://i.imgur.com/1hJVw9I.png
Here's the link to the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ayet.cashpirate&hl=en
When you register, you might want to register with my code "MNTQZK" (without quotes) it gives you an additional $0.5 bonus and gives me 10% from what you earn.
Also my advice, run every app for at least 30 seconds, to be safe.
Thank you and have fun earning! :)

GrabPoints is the best survey website I could find. Great customer service, pays more than most survey websites, and lots of routers too. GrabPoints Ref for additional $0.5|Non-Ref
YouGov|ref surveys. Not many surveys for me, but (as far as I know) they don't disqualify, and the pay per survey is decent.
Microworkers and Picoworkers for micro jobs.
Cashmining(ref) is a website you can leave a tab on when you're doing something else. Doesn't actually mine so it isn't harmful for your computer.

GiftPanda(referral: XGRETW or use this link for extra $0.5 if you want) for paid app installs.

Thanks for this post! Two I don't see here, but fit right in:
Exactly the same as Panel. In fact, it's run by the same company so you need to use a different email address than the one you use for Panel. You can cash out for airline miles at Alaska and Hawaiian Airlines and various travel related gift cards. Super slow earning and probably not really useful for making any pure cash.
Cash Pirate (Non ref/Referral Code: SUPRKM):
Very similar to Moo Cash. I've made around $15 the past two months only doing the high quality Pirate Picks section. I've not really tried the other offer sections they have as they don't credit as reliably.
Hope this helps. Good luck on August and beyond!
Ebesucher works internationally, however you won't earn the same in every country. I keep it running in the background whenever I'm using my PC, which adds up to 2€ every 2-3 weeks. Proof of payment It's really not much, but you don't have to do anything for it. ref-link | non-ref
Slidejoy also works in most countries. I make ~2$/month with this, but I don't really use my android device, so your pay could be higher. ref-link | non-ref
Another one would be CashPirate: Play Store. If you enter my the referral code "HJNXEO" you will get a 50% bonus on your first 1000 points (which equals to 0.5$).
ALL android, some apps may be on apple devices now, but I haven't checked that in a while.
Cash Pirate-(Ref:OLCWUM) (Non-Ref) You should get about a $.20 a day with this.
Whaff-(Ref:BD52704) (Non-Ref) Around maybe ALMOST a dollar a day.
Slide Joy-(Ref) (Non-Ref) Not much, but it's useable.
Then, mobile experience meter and mobile performace meter. I get about $.15 a day running these, without doing anything.

Every month or so you'll get an easy survey that pays $1.50. There's no Paypal payment option, but they do have lots of available gift cards.

ROUTINE FOR PEOPLE OUTSIDE U.S.
I'll start my day by logging at ForumCoin and looking for threads where people replied. (3-5 cents per post - pretty relaxed forum).
I'll then login on ForumWheel and do the same for a few forum which I subscribe (10 cents per post - you have to write well and min. 3 lines)
Next step is ClixSense's ClixGrid (20x) + ADS (5x) for Daily Bonus WHILE doing CashPirate's offers (Android - FreeMyApps if iOS)
Then do some easy offers (videos, surveys, tasks) on ClixSense while also visiting InstaCODES ans InstaGC
After that I setup EarnHoney (which does not work on some days) while taking some time to get my daily checking at Yappem + Missions (if available).
This routine will take me around 1 hour and I boost it by visiting some of the Forums during the day, doing surveys or posting in other Forums/Social Networks with my referral link.
Amount made every month: From $150 to $250 (some in gift card, most in paypal)

I personally use a combination of three, up until now:
What I usually do with the site is first go to the forum and check the guide on the completion of surveys, then do the 2 offers done by either doing surveys (sometimes you also get invited to them) and watch videos on the offerwalls, then i start clicking at ads and the clixgrid while doing something else. I made $10 in a month in the first month, and this month I'm looking to be in the $20 because I found the routine described here. The more surveys the more earnings, at least it seems to me.
What I do with this app is install random apps during free time, open them once the notification "tracked installation, open the app to get your coins" gets displayed (works even if you don't see the notification but it's not a problem to wait some seconds), then open the app, tinker with it a bit, then close all ongoing processes, open cashpirate and verify that it has credited, uninstall the app. Sometimes you get three-star apps that for which you must do the exact same process until the last step: that is you don't uninstall it right away but leave it on your phone for three days (it gets displayed on cashpirate as "Pending"). I have $15 dollars on it, looking to get at $25 in another 2-3 weeks.
What I used to do was exactly what I wrote up here. For the paid apps I first waited to get some cash from the site to confirm its legitimacy, but if I could go back I would do them right away because they pay a lot. Currently sitting on $5 not cashed out because of lazyness, I don't know how much I earned in total, but it's really easy money.
I'm not from the US so you can check these out, I currently use all of them to make beer money. And I don't use VPN/VPS either.

Both are by the same company, and have good reviews. And yes, signing up by email works.
Also from India.
GrabPoints is the best survey website I could find. Great customer service, pays more than most survey websites, and lots of routers too. GrabPoints Ref for additional $0.5|Non-Ref
Android apps -
CashPirate(referral: TLZAYE for extra $0.5 if you want) for paid app installs.
GiftPanda(referral: XGRETW or use this link for extra $0.5 if you want) for paid app installs.
CashMagnet(referral: DKS1ss, or use this link) for utilizing your mobile passive time, it pays you for auto browsing websites and apps. Excellent app.

Whaff is using an app for a certain time interval, or installing apps. Slide Joy is unlocking your phone and getting slow points. Mobile experience meter and performace run in the background, and thats all you have to do. I get around $1.55 doing all of these each day :D
This comment is a repost btw from somebody I just helped :D
The beermoney sites under the stickied thread with the most common beermoney sites still work. I would also recommend checking out some of the related subreddits as well.
Edit: I like to use a lot of mobile beer money apps, here are some that I would recommend using. (Android)
CashPirate - With this one I earned the most amount of money. You download apps and open them to earn points. The offers I found to credit me 100% are the ones under 'Pirate Picks' and 'Sponsor Pay.' You could earn 2500 points in a day if you do all the offers. I was able to get $5 to PayPal after 3 days of using the app. Minimum cash out is 2500 points ($2.50) to PayPal or Amazon. Make sure to check back multiple times a day to get more offers. You can use my invite code SZHMDC to get 500 bonus points ($0.50) and here is the link to the Google Play store page.
Uento - With this one I earn less than CashPirate but I was still able to get $5 to PayPal within a week. You download apps just like CashPirate. The minimum cash out is 250 points or $2.50 to PayPal. You can use my invite code if you'd like '4Cmrq.' Here is the link to the Google Play store page.
Wild Wallet - This one is just like the other two and here is a guide I made to earn money with it.
SlideJoy - This one is a really nice app that I like to use for passive income. When you download it, the app sets a lock screen on your phone and you will earn money while you use your phone over time. The more you use your phone during the day, the more points you will get. Your total updates at 1 pm every day and the minimum cash out is at 100 points ($1.00) to PayPal or Amazon. I use my phone quite a lot so I get around 15 points each day or $0.15. Here is my ref link and here is the non-ref link.

I also really like Cash Pirate, which is really good if you have an android phone. (Link](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ayet.cashpirate&hl=en) If you do sign up for Cash Pirate, please use my referral code: RTVHLD. If you do you get 500 bonus coins and I think I do too, idk. Cash pirates very easy to make some pocket change with, I've made about ten bucks so far. You can download apps or do surveys to get coins which you can cash out to paypal.

Então vamos lá:
Meus Rendimentos HOJE:
I live in the EU (Poland) and the only mobile app I use is CashPirate. It is a very simple app that pays you to download apps and run them for a bit, sometimes level up or do something in the particular app/game.
In a bit more than a week I've cashed out $5 ($7.5 so far) to my PayPal from them, here's the proof (sorry, it's in polish): http://i.imgur.com/Lqa843H.png http://i.imgur.com/1hJVw9I.png
Here's the link to the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ayet.cashpirate&hl=en
When you register, you might want to register with my code "MNTQZK" (without quotes) it gives you an additional $0.5 bonus and gives me 10% from what you earn.
Also my advice, run every app for at least 30 seconds, to be safe. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.
Thank you and have fun earning! :)
Hey man! Try to register at Tremor Games - NonRef. It's very easy to get coins there and buy steam games!
Also if you've a smartphone I'd recomend using CashPirate and cashout trough paypal and then use it to buy your game.
From another post of mine:
I always recommend CashPirate:

I'd highly recommend keeping your time to asnwer surveys!
Besides that if you still have free time, check CashPirate and FreeMyApps NonRef (apps for smartphone).

Cash Pirate is international friendly. It's mostly app downloads (I only do Pirate picks), but there are surveys and other offers, too.
If you enter my referral code "RYFPXV" at signup, you get +50% coins for the first 1000 coins you earn (= 500 coins bonus).
edit: fixed link
You can try CashPirate (use referral code JCAPGL for a 50% bonus to the first 1000 coins for a total of 500 bonus) on your Fuel, just download and install apps for certain periods of time. Some are 30 seconds, some are just launch ones, and some are keep on your device for 3 days. Payments are in PayPal or other gift options like Amazon from $2.50 - $25.00. This one has no "fee" for PayPal which is kinda nice.
Otherwise I'd recommend SwagBucks/PerkTV.
If you have a spare android phone sitting around, I really recommend using CashPirate.
It's a simple app that pays you to download apps and run them, and sometimes (depending on the offer) play for a bit and level up.
So far (in around 2 weeks after downloading, I've became less active) I've cashed out $7.5 to my PayPal from them, here's the proof of my 2x $2.5 cashouts (sorry, it's in polish): http://i.imgur.com/Lqa843H.png http://i.imgur.com/1hJVw9I.png

Also my advice, run every app for at least 30 seconds, to be safe, and only use "Pirate Picks" and "SponsorPay", those are the best ones in my opinion. With the app you can easily get an additional $5 in a week, just check your phone from time to time. It surely won't be able to give you $100 by itself, but combined with other options I think this is a really good one.
Thank you and have fun earning! :)

TL;DR: ClixSense and CashPirate
Try everything, until you find what works for you...
Do surveys AND tasks from ClixSense Ref - NonRef - Should be easy doing $50/mo by doing surveys and some easy tasks. Remember to get the daily bonus when you make more than $2. Don't waste your time with ads clicking otherwise.
Try to register at Tremor Games - NonRef. It's very easy to get coins there and buy cheap steam games! I use it mostly by letting my little brother playing their games when he asks to....
CashPirate for Android - downloading apps and getting money. Should be $10/mo with little effort. If you ref people you could get a loooot more.
I'd recommend the following guide:
Combine these with something else and there is your $50/week :)
TL;DR: ClixSense and CashPirate
Do surveys AND tasks from ClixSense Ref - NonRef - Should be easy doing $50/mo doing surveys and some easy tasks. If you make a lot of money in one day, don't forget to get the daily bonus.
Try clickworkers (they're awesome for some countries, awful for others) Ref – NonRef - You'll need to follow this guide to get in : Thread Link. This one has potential to make even more than $200/mo, but it means lots of boring tasks + luck.

Then take the money and buy a domain + hosting. I'd recommend BlueHost - NonRef - Create a (amazon) niche site or a website to sell your product (+ youtube vídeos + ebooks). Don't forget to not rush things, and search for keywords and product/niche.
I'm the middle of this process and it does looks promising. I chose the youtube videos + ebook thing and I'm writing small courses. I'm in Brazil though.
Quick Edit: Youtube + eBook -- Amazon Niche
I recommend you to use the app CashPirate for Android (and is not US limited), the use is simple, you get paid to download apps and use them, this app is the best to win some real money and gift cards, just register and you can start earning points.
The best way to earn points is from 'Pirate Picks' you can earn from 50 to 60 points for just using the downloaded app for 5-10 seconds (more is recommended), and then wait to get credited. Other ways to get points are for testing and app for 30 seconds or more (recommended), then 100 points for keep the download app three days in your phone, just open the app and then wait for be credited (this stays at pending until the three day period pass). After you get credited you can uninstall the app is you want.
Inside the app theres an extra offerwall that can give you more points, for example the walls that i use and get more points are SponsorPay (One of the best and you can complain in case you dont get the credit, take SS) just follow the instructions of each app, Aarki and AdColony (video ads at 5 points each).
If you register under my referral code: YDVXPM, you will get 500 points ($0.50) for your first 1000 earned points.
Non Ref link: Non-Ref
At this moment im at my 6th payout for Amazon GC but it works with PayPal too, the minimun payout is 2.50 bucks.
Hope you like this information.
I'd recommend ClixSense's surveys and tasks Ref - NonRef. Surveys can make your at the very least $40 a month.
