I just got my first Android Wear watch about two weeks ago, so most of what I've discovered in the past two weeks is related to that in some way. Lots of the basics like AutoWear (which you're probably already using if you have a Wear watch and Tasker) are pretty great, but I'll mention My CookBook as a slightly more obscure one I've discovered. It lets you put in a URL of any recipe anywhere online and formats it into a clean and logical interface that looks great on any size device, including my ZenWatch. It will sync across your devices and let you share with others.
I should note I'm using the free trial of premium features right now, so I'm a bit unclear on what I'll lose after that. The subscription is less than $2 a month, though, so if I like it I might just stick around.
Cookmate. Used to be called My Cookbook. It automatically imports just the shit you need from websites and saves everything. Used to function as an extension on your mobile browser, now you use the share function and share it with the app. You should sanity check what they import but in my experience they get it right 99% of the time.
I use an Android app called Cookmate (formerly My Cookbook). On any website that has more story than recipe, just share from your browser to the app. It strips out a description, ingredient list and steps. Then catalogs it all for you. There is room for customization of the recipes, including scaling up or down. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fr.cookbook
My Cookbook has it.
Most of the main recipe apps do it, a lot like Paprika, but I liked this one the best. My friend tried it on an iPhone but the limitations of the sharing function made it barely usable

Try cookmate. It's free and allows side by side view. Also allows import from just about any online recipe.
I use a similar app, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fr.cookbook
It does a decent job, occasionally it can't parse the directions into discreet steps but it's easy to edit.
Alrighty. When it comes to cook book/recipe/clipper apps, there are some that are better than others. For what you're asking about, cheftap is probably going to serve you best. It's pretty much the best at working with nearly any site.
Just be warned that switching to another app or service is a pain in the rear. That's true for pretty much all of the apps like that I've ever tried. None of them are very friendly about letting you migrate your recipes across platforms even. You'll be very limited in the formats you can export in, which further limits what other apps/services you can import to.
My cookbook is probably the second best clipper out there.
Both are capable of manual entry, with good label/tag systems. They have relatively easy to navigate UIs, and each had fairly unique features that other apps don't.
Again though, there really isn't a truly platform/app agnostic recipe manager on android that I've found. As long as you intend to stick with one for as long as they last, either should be more than adequate.
Chef tap "pro" is subscription based though. They seem to prefer working as a service for syncing as their monetization. That isn't bad, just something to be aware of.
Now, there is copy me that which is decent, but I find that it doesn't work well as an actual cookbook. Great clipper, but using the recipes isn't as fluid as the other two.
I use My Cookbook if that's the kind of thing you're after? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fr.cookbook
Best one I've used - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fr.cookbook
I was looking around for major competitors on the play store, have you tried My CookBook and Cookbook recipes and Tastely? These seem to have features like importing from other websites, shopping lists as well as nice design.
