Talon for Twitter is the popular twitter client out there.
S Converter - Unit Converter for converting pretty much everything.

Those would likely be the apps themselves, some Android apps - even popular ones like Snapchat - are notorious for being poorly optimised for Android.
Twitter on Android is definitely poorly optimised as well, I'd recommend you use a different Twitter client, like Talon. I've been using Talon on my OP6 since day 1 and have yet to experience any sutters on it.
An app without bugs? Forget it! All software contains bugs. For me, the best twitter apps with the least of bugs are Talon and Flamingo.

Did you try those already?
I purchased Talon and I'm very happy with it. Easily switch between accounts. Nice material design and lots of custom color option including AMOLED black.

It's a paid app - Talon for Twitter; Third party apps cant use polls btw.
You could also try Tweetdeck (from Twitter) in a browser then just add a shortcut/bookmark.
The best client ever "Flamingo for Twitter" is unfortunately not available for new users, You can try Talon it's pretty much underrated.
I use and like Talon for Twitter. I used to use to Fenix but when Twitter went to a 280 character limit, it took them forever to update and I tried and stayed with Talon.
I did actually, I'm using Talon and although it hasn't all the features of the previous app, the widget is pretty good and the design is great.
I enjoy using Talon ($2.99) for when i rarely use twitter. But hopefully the price doesn't kill it bc in the end you could just find the free apk online... Hopefully this helped :)
Unfortunately, that's just the way twitter decided to do things. For some reason, it compresses the image when uploading from an android device. I would try an alternative to the standard Twitter app. I use an app called Talon, it's 3.99 USD on the play store. I'm not sure if that will work for you or not, but it's a good alternative. You can test it out and then get a refund if it doesn't work.
Talon. That is all.

This is one thing I miss about android. Talon was 10000x better than the official app.
Talon, very customizable and open source
I personally use Twidere, but since you don't like it, you can try Talon for Twitter.
You can build the apk from source, or buy it from Google Play. Unfortunately, the dev will not release this on F-Droid because "Talon is still paid software", but anyone is free to build it per the dev.
Talon does exactly what your asking.

How would you say it stacks up against Talon?
Maybe you'd like Talon? It's paid though.

You can do that with Talon

Hijacking this top comment, sorry. But from OP's link to the developer playstore page I recognized one of the apps. That app is Talon For Twitter. And the developer seems to be going under the name Luke Klinker.
Just wanted to share this.
