Yeah. The devs (tohsoft) have a couple apps under 2 or more different dev names (Best App - Top Droid Team, Best Weather App, etc.) that are copies of Apalon Apps' Weather Live.

I use Weather Live because you can expand the notification in the status bar to see how's the weather in the next hours and the next four days.

Weather Live should have every thing you need, including widgets and lots of other customization.

There's a free version and a paid version. The latter has been free on promotion in the past.

This app was uploaded on April 19th and looks like it's a copy of the much more popular Apalon Apps version.

I use weather live. It updates every 30 mins (or less often if you prefer that), gives me the current temperature in the notification bar, a quick overview in the notification area when pulled down, and also has a nice widget that gives predictions of the next 24 hours in 3h increments and the next 3 days.
