I really like 250+ Solitaire Games. It has a small, unobtrusive banner ad, customizable cards and layouts, and tons of variations. There's an IAP to remove the banner, and it's like $2. The banner wasn't intrusive, but I paid anyway because I really like the app.
250+ Solitaire Collection . It's my favorite solitaire app by far, but I don't ever see it recommended.
YMMV, but Decked Out was an incredible battery hog for me (Nexus 6P on 7.1.1 at the time) - like, ~2% drain per minute even with most animations turned off. Maybe they've fixed that in an update, or maybe it was just my phone, but I had to ditch it. 250+ Solitaire Collection was a bit better, though not as well designed visually.
I've always used this one, it's just solitaire, no bullshit. Not very pretty, but works really well. Has hundreds of variations and customization options.
250+ Solitaire Collection has been on every phone and tablet I've owned. It's got a lot of different versions, and the ability to customize games.
I've used 250+ Solitaire Collection for years.
Lots of variants, customizable to a large degree, it is free with a banner ad that isn't very intrusive at all, but you can also buy the ad-free version, which I did after a while just because I love the app so much and wanted to support the developer. The only timer is one that counts up so you can beat your own time, but even that you can just take off if it's distracting. No IAPs, other than the ad-free unlock.
250+ Solitaire. I think there's literally that many different solitaires not counting variations. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.anoshenko.android.solitaires&hl=en
It does display an ad after you win a game, but the back button quickly remedies that.
Personally, I've kept https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.anoshenko.android.solitaires around for a while. Free. A somewhat hidden IAP removes ads for $2.99.
It's pretty, but it only has one game mode and is overall very limited. This is the best solitaire app I've found, 250+ Solitaire Collection, has a bunch of gamemodes and is even customizable if you want that for some reason.
I know this app doesn't fit your request, but it might be worth a glance if you like cards games.
250 android Solitaires (the link is on the french G playstore.)

Solitaire Decked Out is pretty and works well, but it's kind of limited and has a bunch of extra useless bullshit, and while I do like it I much prefer 250+ Solitaire Collection. Has more modes than you could ever imagine, barely has ads(IAP allows you to remove them) and you can customize your deck, play field etc. The only downside is that it's kind of ugly, but I can live with that
I checked it out, it seems to only let you play Klondike. I use 250+ Solitaire Collection, which has a ridiculous number of different Solitaire games, and lets your own if you want. No Canfield means no deal!
250+ Solitaire Collection was on my old Galaxy S phone from day one, and when I upgraded to the S5, it was the first app I downloaded on that phone too. It's my favorite solitaire app.
250+ Solitaire Collection was the very first thing I downloaded on my first android phone, and it's been on every Android device I've owned since.
250+ Solitaire Collection . Not my favorite game, but it is a game I often come back to.

If you look for separate ones, Brainium games are wonderful!
You're welcome. Thanks for the info, I updated the link.
BTW, here is the one I played the most since a few years : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.anoshenko.android.solitaires
App sencilla pero bien hecha.
