If you mean point and click adventures.... lots, including all those scummvm classics.

If you mean terror themed ... I dont know many... "I have no mouth and I must scream" comes to my mind.I know there was another one terror/steampunk point and click adventure but dont recall the name :S There are several on other systems ( prisioner of ice, phantasmagoria, night trap... but you have to emulate those ).
