I'm a big fan of 20/20 Life Count on Android/iOS. It was given a glowing review by The Prof a while back. Free with no ads and a super-simple interface. They also added energy counters after Kaladesh. It only works for two players though, so not great for multiplayer.
The prof mentions that you can only adjust numbers by sliding, but you can also just tap above or below them, so it really isn't frustrating.
I use an app I use for MtG to track the life totals of Gravehold and the Nemesis. One I use is 20/20 Life Count
I can highly recommend 20/20 life count to track life totals. Comes with a clean and neat interface and it's easy to use.
