I only found two that works nicely:
Live Face Swap in this one you can also search the web for faces for a swap
Apparently snapchat does it do, but you need to sign up for an account and even then I couldn't figure out where in the app it is.
I was toying with MSQRD and imagined how crazy it would be with Jeb, Lyin' Ted, Shillary and of course Trump.
Found out how to edit the masks and viola. Should be done by this weekend if I don't kill myself laughing at myself being Carl The Cuck, it's so frikkin hilarious.
I've made a few personal projects but usually find myself giving up too easily. Ive done codeacademy, I'll try hackerrank thanks!

Msqrd is pretty similar to snapchats 3d stuff and I've never had it crash on me. And it is Facebook's version so I think that supports the assertion that if a company has enough money they can "throw money at" the bugs. I'm not saying they should be able to get rid of every problem causing the crash but it really seems like the aren't making any progress at all.
Do you mean this MSQRD app published by... Facebook. ;)
With the rate these pictures are flooding we could almost put this in some FAQ... here is my answer from an other thread for android:

For iOS it's usually this one

Try MSQRD. I'm not sure about the voice filters and such but I know for sure it does have the facial recognition filters.
This app is great for that.
MSQRD is good for android, don't think you can import your own masks though.
The most widely used are MSQRD and Snapchat. MSQRD is very basic but works out of the box, Snapchat is a bit of a pain to set up and figure out.
I also like this: Face Swap Live it has more features and gives very good results but based on friend's experiences and the reviews it seems to be a hit or miss: on some phones it doesn't work at all.
