If you have an android device, PADListener is a simple way to grab all of the monster data from your box and automatically sync it. I'm not aware of an iOS equivalent, but it's also possible to proxy through an android device running PADListener to grab the data from an iOS device.
I generally use it just for bookkeeping purposes, to note which teams I've used to beat what dungeons in case I mix up my lineups. It can also be useful for keeping track of what monsters you think are important to focus on leveling and evoing using the 'priority' markers. And I find it's nice to be able to browse others' teams to check in on what subs people are using with a given leader, ~~though you don't need your own account to do that~~ .
And, of course, it's incredibly useful to show other people what's in your box, so they can help you with any teambuilding questions you might have.
EDIT: It's also useful to use the team builder portion to see how a substitution might affect your team's stats, as it takes friend leader stats, and both leader multipliers into account.
For PadHerder, it may be difficult to put your monsters one by one. There are ways to sync up your monsterlist from PaD application to PadHerder.
I don't know if the ios method still works, I heard gungo changed their IP domains after last patch.

that makes it much easier to build teams and see what they'll look like based on your box.
you are rank 26, so your best leaders for the immediate future will be anyone with an unconditional 3x or higher atk multiplier.
sephiroth should be fine, super would probably work fine as well.
I would probably build superman and level up your mini-kirin for now. since you can level both on the same team.
mini-kirin is probably your best descend lead that I see right now from a quick glance.
If you want some advice go ahead and sort your box by ATT and post it for us to look at, or set up a padherder (an app called padlistener makes this easier).
From the looks of it you either need to grab a bunch of blue carbuncles that benefit from Sun Quan's leader skill or you need to use a different leader. None of your sub monsters get the healer bonus that SQ gives right now, in fact you would be much better off leading with Plesios, putting SQ as a sub and dropping the dark units for other blue stuff. The blue fruits still have a great active skill for a blue team so you can keep one or two on there to fill up spots.
Also now that you are past rank 50 you can select a Best Friend which can greatly help your progress. If you want to keep using SQ as a lead then finding a high ranking and hypermaxxed Light Metatron (LMeta) or Sun Quan friend will make loads of difference. This subreddit is a great place to find such friends.
There is an app called PADListener, which synchs your PADHerder account with your box, without having to manually input all of the monsters. There are instructions in the app, you just need to input your PADHerder account info
The standalone app I guess? This one on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fr.neraud.padlistener&hl=en
In PADListener I entered my padherder account info, then clicked the "Auto" button for "Start PAD, capture & sync". It starts the listener in my notification tray, starts up pad, then nothing. I click around in PAD, going to my monster box, etc. If I click 'manual' sync with PADherder it says "You did not capture any dad from PAD, there is nothing to sync!".
If you've got an Android phone, use PadListener, it automates the entire process so you don't have to do it yourself :D
Not aware if something similar exists for iOS though.
Friendlist is kinda pointless, you can always add more people if you need certain friend leaders.
Another thing is that you should really be saving your stones for Godfest. If you spend stones on collab REM, you will get trash most of the time. The average result of some Godfest Pulls will always be better than the result of any collab REM.
Right now out of your box, I'd say just stick whatever Wood att. card on his team. Work on getting the Ancient Dragon Knight, Zeal, Cu Chu, and a Hobgoblin to change up your board. Also, look to add some Verdandi friends as well. (Check the LF threads for some!)
Hope this helps, and if you have more questions, feel free to ask.
Edit: After seeing your updated box, a team you could do is Vishnu, Grodin, Shinra Sacred Dragon God Saiga, chibi meimei, and Cu Chu. You will be a little low on orb changers, but wish Vishnu's AS, you should be fine. Also, look to add other Vishnu leaders as well! You can also auto-update a [padherder](padherder.com) account with padlistener since you are on Android.
There's no integration with reddit. It's just a super handy tool to keep track of your box.
http://padherder.com is the link to the site. Make an account, throw in all your important monsters (read not your evo and enhance mats) and give us a link to your box.
Additionally, if you play on Android, you can download the app called PADListener. It basically does all the steps of inputting your monster box into padherder for you.
If you're on Android you can use Padlistener to capture your data and send it to Padherder automatically. It can be a bit tricky to get it working the first time, but it works great.
To get help either take a set of screenshots of your box and upload them into an imgur album or use www.padherder.com
If you don't want to enter your monsters by hand into padherder you can use an app named PADListener. It will automatically collect your info and populate the online padherder which you can then link here in a team help thread.
Check out the post rules here for how to format your [TEAM] post. A few people here are also working on an early game guide to help newer players but I don't think it is close to done.
I can't tell from your screenshot, but if you are on Android you are doing yourself a disservice if you are not using PadListener.
Beyond that, and in the olden days before it, we just did it manually. Grind out and put in what you want.
I personally don't like the food section of PADHerder, and PadListener doesn't handle it (AFAIK), so I only add things I want to keep/collect into my PADHerder link. Feeder trash and stuff I know I'm going to fee (pii, + holders, skill up mobs, etc) I don't put in. And evo materials should go under the "My Materials" tab, not in your normal monster box.

As far as your box: GZL, Athena, UmiYama are all viable options with a little work.
I've never used the friend finder, but Note: this will only return results from users who have enabled 'Searchable' and entered their 'Account ID' in My Account.
You might not have the search option enabled. it is also possible it is smart enough to not show you as a potential friend for yourself?
Edit: searched for you and could only find you by searching by ID not sure how it may be filtering
PADListener for android (not sure if there is an iOS version)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fr.neraud.padlistener&hl=en
ah, you're on iOS... sorry. I did find this guide though = http://www.reddit.com/r/PuzzleAndDragons/comments/26m867/guide_to_using_padproxypy_an_easier_way_to_sync/
IF you play on an Android device, try PadListener, it takes the daunting task of setting up your padherder box and blows through it in about a minute. I don't know if there's an iOS equivalent or not.
If he's on Android, he can install PADListener, which makes it easy to upload your entire box in the convenient PADHerder format so we can see it. Otherwise, he can post imgur screenshots or he can manually upload his box to PADHerder (preferred over imgur, not everyone has every card's graphics memorized yet).
Beyond that, all we can give is general advice - make sure your leader has an ATK multiplier, the higher the better, and that you can activate it regularly. Try to find a PAL lead who's identical to your leader, or who's leader skill is easy to activate at the same time as yours (Light Metatron pairs well with Xiao Qiao, for example, since both run light focused healer teams). Try to focus your team across one or two colors, so you only need to focus on getting a few colors each round. All those Tamadras you've been getting in the mail are for awakening your monsters, if you see little grayed out icons in the top right corner of the monster's card when you inspect it that means it has awakenings that you can unlock by fusing it with Tamadras (or by feeding another identical card to it, but that's only convenient with farmable cards like Ogres, Hadar, descend drops, or the Insect and Flower dragons).
without your box you probably want the following farmables:
Vampire - skill him up 5 turn dark orb creator is great.
king baddie - big damage spike to kill bosses
Lillith - poison and decent damage boost gets you through a lot of content early on
early on when team cost is an issue you'll want to just stack the devil ogres you won't really be using their actives for much, but they'll give you the HP to let your sonias do all the hard work.
once you get to around rank 100-150 you'll probably need to have vampire and/or lillith to help your team.
eventually you'll want to set your sights on getting 5MechComboDemon Hadar or beelzebub, but if you're only rank 76 that's a long ways off.
read the leveling guide, if you are playing constantly you should be able to get to rank 100 in one weekend of steady play. after that you want to work toward farming hyperion lava tube. after that kingdom of the gods.
also, there are TONS of hypermaxed ronias out there, use the friend finder, search here, or look on padherder. got get as many of them as you can and you'll be smashing content before you know it.
e: also to share your box you can use padherder and padlistener
if you look on the right there's a guide for pretty much everything you need. if you are brand new I'd definitely recommend checking out the reroll tier list to see if you have a good leader who can take you through a lot of content.
There's also this site called padherder where you can input the monsters you have into it and people here can help you brainstorm teams or give you some direction on what to focus on. For android devices, there's this thing called padlistener that makes inputting the data much easier.
If you get good at playing with isis i would save stones for an egyptian 2.0 godfest since those guys are good. In the mean time I would
a. play tower of giants dragons of the tower to grind your rank up.
b. Then as denegrah said work on collecting evo materials because you will get a good stat boost from an evolved isis. Also you will get more pal points. your best bet for decent monsters right now is 3-star rolls from the pal egg machine.
c. also in addition to grinding your rank up this weekend isis is great for the weekend dungeon to make money. with money you can buy pengdra village which is your best bet for leveling up your monsters.
So rank>evo>coins>monster level> pray for a good next event with good dungeons to help you out (scarlet snake princess dungeon is the one you want the most).
edit: protip if you want to rank up fast make friends with people who run hino kagutsuchi and ultimate evolved echidnas. Then use them to race through the 3rd floor of tower of giants.
To find friends use resourses like
padx
pad forums
reddit
pad herder Use pad listener to track your box for padherder
to find friends also make your own padherder account so people can help you out with team building etc.
the app store page says it was just updated yesterday though. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fr.neraud.padlistener
Do people still use PadListener to autoupdate their Padherder?
It's insanely good. Some people don't even have teams put together as well as your at even rank 200. You got fairly lucky in the last Godfest so congratulations! (Although, there might more teams you could make in the rest of your box. Maybe look into getting a padherder account and auto-update it with padlistener. This way, you make keep your box updated all the time, and it makes it pretty easy to share you box with other people. Here my current box and an example of what padherder is like.)
if you're on android padlistener is pretty awesome.
