You can really see how people feel by reading the reviews organized by newest first (you may have to still click the dropdown with this link): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.square_enix.android_googleplay.khuxww&hl=en_US&showAllReviews=true
If Google Play had a sorting algorithm like Steam, showing an aggregate of most recent reviews, the overall rating would be pretty low right now.

Same goes for Android

Not sure if you can update now though. ~~Does anyone know where to find the 2.1.0 apk?~~
Update: You can download the latest now on apkpure - https://apkpure.com/kingdom-hearts-union-%CF%87-cross/com.square_enix.android_googleplay.khuxww

> What exactly happened during COM and DDD
I mean, I can give you a brief synopsis of the plot for both games, unless there is a specific thing you don't undersetand
> How does that whole time travel with Xehanort work?
Are you asking how time travel works in general or how he did it specifically? There were a few prerequisites (i believe) - he had to discard his body and he can only go back in time
>Why is Axel a keyblade wielder?
Apparently keyblades choose their wielder, and seeing that Lea had a change of heart and was actually good, I suppose he had the ability. I personally think it was plot convenience
>Kingdom Hearts Unchained X
It's an app/game set in a world that predates the original KH/BBS. Would probably be best just to read the description of it to understand what it's about: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.square_enix.android_googleplay.khuxww&hl=en
If you are restricting yourself to consoles, go in order of release. Enough time should have passed that it should still feel new enough to replay the ones you played before. Otherwise, I'd start with unchained x for smartphones.
You can't actually find it on the Play Store app by searching and it probably won't show up until Thursday, but it's there. Just go to this link on your phone and you'll be taken to the page to pre-register.
EDIT: Oh, it actually is on the Play Store. Like /u/Gincheresu said, just type in "kingdom hearts" and keep scrolling, you'll see it. If not, the link I put here helps too.

Link for Android, if it helps. Came out about two weeks ago in the States. Pretty enjoyable for f2p and runs really well! If you have any questions about it, let me know or check out r/KingdomHearts!
The entirety of Chi can be watched here!
Union Cross is no longer available to play, but you can still download the offline version (now called Dark Road). It includes a theater mode of all the game's cutscenes and will eventually have an update for the rest of the Dark Road storyline.
Your timing was pretty lucky, all things considered haha
Yes, it were KH Mobile and I think it was available on Japan and Ux Dark Road
It's Kingdom Hearts Unchained X: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.square_enix.android_googleplay.khuxww&hl=en_US
The issue only shows up when you upgrade from a older verision and it's cosmetic; the icon does not update properly.
I haven't tried it on a actual phone b/c it is a horrible space hog.

I expect mobile gacha games to bring related discussions to their own sub-community. Do you expect or even want for example, r/KingdomHearts to be filled with Kingdom Hearts Union X news just because it's the title in the franchise that gets the most frequent news updates?
Show them that the app description describes it as
>the first mobile app for the beloved KINGDOM HEARTS series!
If the virtual products being purchased are substantially changed then this is a different game and a different app than what was released in Japan 8 months ago.
it is. At least on my S5 it is https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.square_enix.android_googleplay.khuxww i dont know if this link will work or not but I hope so, I just googled it found it and then linked it
You can preregister for it on the Google Play Store here. Doing so will give you a notification on your device when it's ready to download.

Open up through the website not the app and it'll work.
Link for those who want to read it themselves.
Kingdom Hearts Union Cross https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.square_enix.android_googleplay.khuxww&hl=en (formerly known as Kingdom Hearts Unchained X)
It does! It's here - I think it's listed under search strangely?
I think Union/X got an English Android release, even if it isn't too plot relevant.
Well go play Union Cross on Playstore https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.square_enix.android_googleplay.khuxww&hl=hr or watch the Union Cross movie from KH2.8, worth it!
