Atlas Web Browser does. It's made by the same people as FX File Manager too. It's actually a really good browser.
Have you tried switching apps?
I heard that atlas browser is good for battery.
And if you want to cut additional corners - use night mode on reddit if your app allows it and put dark wallpaper (super amoled should use less power for dark colors, I didn't notice though)
Try Atlas I've used it on the Samsung Captivate with minimum issues. The Captivate being a 5 years old device and only having half a gig of ram. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nextapp.atlas
try using atlas browser in lo-fi mode. you can manually trigger gifs one by one rather than loading everything up front.
i have an old Nexus 7 with 1gb of ram and shitty slow nand. Atlas is the only browser i've found that can make media rich webpages usable.
Atlas browser has built-in adblocking (it uses ABP's EasyList)
Here it is: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nextapp.atlas&hl=en Not prefect, I have found some minor issues. But a FAR superior browsing experience than stock chrome or even FF.
Atlas browser adblock inside El Baúl de Tony: Consultar "Atlas Web Browser". https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nextapp.atlas
