Way too late. We have Bitcoin Billionaire
I played this 3 years ago, and I'm not even sure how old it was, then. It was actually pretty fun.
This game doesn't seem like anything special so you aren't missing much. I downloaded it, and it's just a typical tapping game where you tap the screen to get money, and then upgrade your abilities to get more per tap.
It's been done better, and for free.
Most of my knowledge of bitcoin comes from this game: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.noodlecake.bitcoin
Where I've learned that your ability to get rich on bitcoin is directly proportional to how fast you can tap the screen. I'd consider that game, and this guy to be equally informative.
It may be related to this post from yesterday with 3,900 upvotes: https://reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/37u939/this_is_how_you_get_adds_on_a_free_mobile_game/
It's also interesting that the iOS version of this game has ~20,000 ratings, while the Android version (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.noodlecake.bitcoin&hl=en) has ~85,000 ratings (and 500,000-1,000,000 installs).

It's still a work in progress, but try it out. Compile it and load it onto a physical watch, then lightly and/or strongly tap on the face.
I'm using it for a morse-code entry program, a BPM detection program and a game where you twiddle two fingers as fast as you can on the screen (much like Bitcoin Billionaire).
It is getting better (I have a few other versions: some are more responsive, others more accurate, one is tiny and rolled into the accelerometer function), but I haven't touched it in a month as I've been playing around with 3.0 and the Time.
My favourites are Bitcoin Billionaire and Universal Paperclips. Both are hilarious. I played the Paperclips on browser but haven't downloaded the app yet. It is a bit short yet it has a great storyline.
Now, after seeing the comments, I will definitely check Realm Grinder.
Bitcoin Billionaire has been my passive incremental for several months now. I'm not even sure if I like it, but I keep on playing it...

Well as you can see there's a few out there. Personally my favorite is Bitcoin Billionaire but the down side is its another cookie clicker clone and eats battery life like cookie monster does to cookies.. (side note, its lunch time so... cookies)
I'm glad to see your the passion for your game. What would you do to separate yourself from say "Bitcoin Billionaire" or other crypto sims out there?
Looks like Bitcoin Billionaire
Bitcoin Billionaire was really addicting for a while. Good if you like those simple incremental timewasters.
Ready Steady Bang is a pretty fun little game, but you will probably bore of it quite quickly.
Blockheads is like minecraft and terraria, but you don't directly control characters.
Super stickman Golf games (1 & 2) are great fun and don't take too much of your time, if you don't want them to.
Punch Quest is a fun endless sidescrolling runner. But play one and you've played them all imo. Worth a try though.
Horde of Heroes is a pretty cool match-3 fighting type of game. As is Zombie Puzzle Panic, although without the fighting part.
I didn't realise how many of their games I had played until you asked this question! Hope this helped.
Why the insistence on text-based? Have a look at Bitcoin Billionaire
Yay! It's on android too and I'm downloading it right now...
Thanks... :D
