I'm T1, I've been using OnTrack Diabetes by Medvivo (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gexperts.ontrack) for a few years. I found the diabetes monster in MySugr to be too juvenile.
I tend to track my blood sugar, insulin and food consumption on a daily basis. When I visit the doctor I put in my a1c, weight, bp and pulse. It will graph it all for you, and also calculates daily, weekly and monthly average. One downside is that the graphs can't be expanded and contracted with pinch gestures.
I use OnTrack, but it might help a bit more if you gave us your phone type.
I have used OnTrack for years.
I haven't had much use for it since I got my dexcom, but the best app I found was OnTrack.
