San Juan is one of my favorites. (slimmed down version of Puerto Rico using only cards).
Tigris and Euphrates
Splendor
Suburbia
Speaking of Talisman, digital board games have high replayability IMO.
I keep coming back to:
I'd recommend Neuroshima Hex as well, but it has IAP and is against your no freemium rule.
You may want to visit /r/digitaltabletop/ if you're interested in more digital board games.
Are you looking for a CCG (collectible card game) like Hearthstone? Or more like table top card/board games?
If you are looking for something that is more along the board game style, you may like San Juan. This has single player vs up to four AI, up to four person multi player pass and play using one device, and up to four person multi player online.
Another one is Splendor. This has single player scenarios, single player vs up to four AI, up to four person pass and play, and up to four person online.
So those two are digital versions of table top card games, which play kind of like board games.
There are also deck building card games, where you start out with a small deck of cards and build up a larger deck to play the game.
Two digital versions of table top deck building games are Star Realms and Ascension. Select cards to add to your deck, defeat your opponent. Both have single player vs AI, multiplayer online, and Star Realms also has pass and play.
Another deck building game, but one that is not a digital version of a table top game, is Guild of Dungeoneering. Single player only. This plays similar to a roguelike, turn based strategy, deck building game. Which is an odd, but fun combination. You get different heroes that each start with a small deck of ability cards. Doing dungeons earns you money to build a bigger base with more heroes to choose from. You get more ability cards from loot drops in the dungeon, but being a roguelike, they only last for that dungeon.
