The original Goat Simulator. It's open world and there's no enemies, so it's perfect for younger kids. They can just explore and run amok. There's a few different official Goat Sim games with different themes/worlds available, so some may be more suitable than others.
Hungry Shark Evolution would be another one. The controls are easy to grasp, though it gets challenging if you are trying to advance in the game.

They deleted my post about it as a repost even though theres no other post for it. Waiting on a mod to either undelete it or allow me to resubmit.
I've been waiting for it to go on sale, used my rewards for it. Only need 29 cents to get mine craft pocket (since i just picked up monument and terraria too).
