I use Expense IQ
Not sure if its the best out there, but it works for me. I have friends who use YNAB which if you are happy to pay, probably is.
For Android, Expense IQ. I have the paid version, and there's so many features that I like: Sync, Recurring transactions, bill reminders, auto categorization based on historical categorization of payee (Aldi, Bunning). The part that I like the most is Split Categories. Like I may buy $45 of household stuff on Aldi Special Buys, and $10 of groceries. I'd like one transaction to be split in this proportion.
The downside is EVERY transaction is manual. No bank import.
I'd be happy if someone can point me to an iOS app that does split categories. Preferably a paid one. I don't want to be the product.
I use Expense IQ link. It was 1-time payment at the time. Featuring many accounts and currencies. Probably there are better already.
Dobrym początkiem może być notowanie każdego drobnego wydatku. Ja używam Expanse IQ. To Ci pozwoli zobaczyć gdzie rozchodzi się kasa i zdecydować gdzie jest możliwość zaoszczędzić.
I use Expense IQ on Android. It allows you to manage multiple accounts, has budgets, bill reminders, and reports. It is all manual though, does not connect to any outside account. I really like it. Used the free version for a long time, but finally upgraded to the paid version as it allowed for Cloud Sync backup to Dropbox, which means I won't lose my database if I get a new phone.
ExpenseIQ is something I've used for a long time. It's an android only app but allows you to export the data. It's pretty comprehensive as well. Easily track you expenses, good bill reminder system, produces spending reports based on categories or accounts. It is $10 for the pro features though.

Saw it featured on androidpolice some time ago and didn't bother searching for another since it fits my needs nicely. You have to go for premium (10$) to be able to sync between devices and have custom reports and more.
I've been using Expense IQ for a long time. I've used maybe a dozen registers and this one is what is recommend.
Nutze die App seit 5 Jahren und habe wegen der Zufriedenheit nicht weiter geschaut.

Try Expense IQ
Hi all!
We made this app, if it's not obvious enough.
Thanks for checking out! Our little team made this app as a little design challenge, and it turned out quite well, if we say so ourselves!
Who are we?
We make apps that are... handy (cough). Some people believe that when you can't find software that suits you, make one yourself! We ended up making quite a few over the years.
Some of you might have known us from other apps (Expense IQ, Stocks IQ, PassWallet etc), but we were not extremely remarkable in the design side of things, to say the least.
But we are looking to change that, and this is one of our new attempts! If you are using our other apps, don't worry as we are in the process of making them aesthetically more pleasing and delightful to use, but do bear with us as it takes time.
