It's called One More Line. I met the developer at GDC, very nice guy. This game is worth buying:

Datawing was so fun.
Two offline games I will always preach about and put on every android device I own: One More Line and Mini Metro.
One more line is a super simple game that always draws me back when I have only 2 minutes. Mini metro is a premium game, but a resource management puzzler that never fails to bore me.
I can't see the game at either of those links (no flash), but based on the name and the screenshots from the iTunes page, maybe One More Line?

Hi, I second what Alice said here: newest version - definitely WAY better with the smoothed movement. The controllers are indeed a bit hard to get it right, specially if you are playing with larger smartphones. I would love to play a version with a two buttons controller or something else. Other than that, I think that the collectible circles could have a different color and shape because they use the same green (similar) as the player color. Maybe you could use a symbol (*) instead of circles?
About the design in general, if you want to go with flat design. I suggest you to have a look on OneMoreLine: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.smgstudio.onemoreline&hl=en
I really like the music, the start screen and love the bots (and the finishing). This game is fun! Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to your next build.
Played this once at PAX Aus and immediately fell in love, now all my mates and family play it. Best time sink in the world.
Sort of similar, and equally as addictive: One More Line
Is it One More Line?
Nice. reminds me of the one more line game, but with a cooler gravity feel to it.
One More Line - Oh the hours I've spent on this..
Rayman Games (Jungle Run, Fiesta Run and Adventures). I can't say much for Adventures since I barely played it, but Jungle Run and Fiesta Run have amazing graphics and level design, great plateformers.
Anything from Mediocre is actually pretty damn awesome.
the screenshots remind me a bit of One More Line
