Evil Apples. Its a good game but its one of those shitty pay-to-play games. When it comes to mobile CAH, I prefer Cards For Humanity.

Try Evil Apples. iOS / android not sure if it is cross compatible.

Id recommend this app IOS, android There is no custom deck support but there is plenty of deck expansions available in game.

I don't know the name of the app, but it looks like a Cards Against Humanity variant.

There's also a mobile version called Evil Apples on Android and iOS. Only ever played on Android, but it's pretty good. Xyzzy is a little easier for fast games though.
