Das ist eine ganz simple App, 7 Minute Workout Edit: Link. Jumping Jacks, Push-up, Wall sit, Planks, Side planks, Squats etc. Im Prinzip alles sehr kurze Cardio Übungen wie in diesem Artikel dargestellt. Mir hilft es voll auf Touren zu kommen und gibt mir über den Tag hinaus mehr Energie.
I now concentrate only on core strength since I've dealt with my weight loss goals through /r/keto .
And the minimal amount of exercise to maintain my core strength is focused on maintaining flexibility so as a result I go through a couple of cycles of 7 minute workout app for android each week and that's all I do.
I am not currently concerned with aerobic fitness but occasionally ride my cruiser bike to the markets.
