Also, Fuel Buddy. Enter in the gas price, current mileage, and quantity at every fill up and have a running log of the gas mileage in your car. You can also track maintenance if you want. Then you can get statistics and averages for whatever time periods you want, including miles driven, average MPG, amount spent, fuel cost per day, etc.
Simply Auto. The free version is good, but if you have a spouse or someone you share cars with, you might pay the $5 for the upgraded version to sync across accounts. You can track fill ups, expenses, trips, and both one time & regular maintenance. You can set the reminders based on date or mileage. The free version might have a limit to the number of reminders listed, I'm not sure. None of the reminders are pre-determined; you face to fill them in yourself. It can import data from other apps or a .csx file. It also tracks statistics & creates graphs. It's also got a nifty place on the vehicle page where you can add line-by-line notes. I use that for quick reference maintenance information.
