For Clannad and other Key VNs there is this emulator:

I have been using it for the original Clannad, but i guess it will work for Tomoyo After as well. Duplication of efforts should be avoided i guess.
Use RLVM.

Will the Steam release on Clannad work on rlvm for android?
If you're not, you should probably be using RLVM.
