I haven't bought this one yet, but it's on my wishlist and I plan to buy it when I finish some others:
Puzzle game about a monster trying to build a snowman. Nice art style and very good reviews (4.7). Only 1000 downloads, about $5. It's also on Steam for $10, with 93% positive reviews, but I think it looks ideal for mobile.

Edit: let me give some background on this game. It's a sokoban-like where you build snowmen. It has a super darling art style.
Also: It has a new game plus kind of feature (as far as you can call it that when it comes to puzzlers).
For puzzle lovers, I recommend Draknek's A Good Snowman Is Hard to Build and Cosmic Express.
