That's an amusing question, IMHO. RTL-SDR is a DVB-T dongle repurposed to get the I/Q data out directly: You can still also use a device you usually use for RTL-SDR with the original DVB-T software if you like, or there's linux drivers and VLC, or android software.. To get DVB-T, you just use the device as it was originally designed.
I used to use AerialTV on a tablet to watch TV using a USB DVB-T tuner. I just checked and unfortunately, it's not compatible with the MiBox. You can try to sideload the APK since the app is free, but your mileage may vary.
I would suggest looking into building a TVheadend/MythTV system, where you would plug the USB tuner into a Raspberry Pi, or an old computer running the software, and stream TV through your network. Alternatively, if you're not into setting that up yourself, an HDHomeRun box like /u/Andriusdude suggested is another nice choice.
Been trying out this android app lately, it works great! Aerial TV
Allows you to use your RTL-SDR Dongle for DVB-T on Android!
