Caynax alarm can do that. I've used it for years: very reliable. It doesn't have options that require you to prove e=mc² or solve world hunger before it turns off, but it does have very flexible alarms and it is reliable.
Some other people mentioned Alarmy and Timely. But either they have a subscription based service (alarmy) or are falling apart (Timely).
Another one you can test out is Caynax Alarm Clock. There is a free and a pro version. It has quite a bit of features and has been working fine on my end for 2 years.
I like Caynax's free alarm clock, largely because I can make the 'dismiss' button require a hold instead of just a press, so I don't get paranoid about hitting the snooze.
