I use Alarm Plus Millenium on android, I just use it as a general alarm clock but, it can be set up to use a random sound from a list, you can also set how long the sounds play for, unlimited repeats, wait times between each one etc.

I love Alarm Plus Millennium. Mainly because I can use a playlist of songs that I like to wake up to. There is a free and paid version.
