All Cast Premium is worth every penny as far as I'm concerned. Super useful for any streaming/video apps that don't support chromecast, or for websites etc. that do the same. AllCast also streams to a bunch of other stuff, and there is also a free version. The free version does include addsand limits video lengths as far as I remember.
I use Allcast to access my NAS and stream. Works pretty well other than once in awhile it doesn't want to find my drive. Restarting the app usually fixes the problem.

AllCast is $4.99. Plex appears to be free, but you'll need the IAP to... I don't know. I have the paid version of the app from Amazon. I got free coins, and I'm sure Amazon paid Plex. But Plex looked at my media library and barfed, so I'm not even using it. But I hear if you only have a few things, it's pretty rad.
Or, how about casting a movie? Google Movies has a bunch under six bucks. Don't get Lucy, it was dumb. Transcendence was the same thing but better. Yes gents, trading Scarlet Johannson for Johnny Depp is perfectly acceptable. Um... Guardians of the Galaxy was okay. Ranger Rick or whatever he's called is cool as balls. And Batista from WWE is in it. And that Chris Pratt dude everyone loves. John Wick, you either love it or hate it. I haven't seen it. Dawn of the Planet of the Apes was good. Sequel to the last Apes movie. Good stuff. The first Twilight movie, again, love it or hate it. Maybe you got a kid sister you need to get rid of for an hour and a half. Gone Girl was pretty good, but drawn out. The Equalizer was good, but kinda silly. Basically Man on Fire 2.0. Tangled and Toy Story are $3 each. Check it out.
