It allows you to add exercises. It does not allow to set a status for an exercise like "conquered", but it shows a status like better/equal/worse than the last time you did the same exercise. It also allows you to define your workout in advance and set target sets/target reps that you should do in your workout...
You may like my UI... It's quite new and should have all you need to track your fitness workouts in the gym. Though, it does not sync to any of the services mentioned by you...

My app does allow to predefine routines and use them as a workout. Or to start an empty workout or to define a workout prior to start it.
