there is also AndTidWiki which puts a Tiddly Wiki on your phone or tablet.

Evernote It has a yearly subscription but it is fantastic for Notes, Goals you can set reminders as well too much to list the MythBusters swear by it. Or how about a personal Wiki app like AndTidWiki it links up with TiddlyWiki
