OP, just today an official taxi app was launched, BA Taxi. It was made basically to fight Uber and EasyTaxi (yup), so it might be a bit of a work in progress, but it's never a bad idea to check it.

Wow, I thought they came pre-activated (I always criticize that, actually). How much time ago did you have that issue?
