About The Project
BandIt has been my first android game and as such has been a major learning experience with the platform. It has featured several rewrites as I learned proper android programming practices. I have recently released it on the Play Store and have been continuing to iterate on improvements to it. Playing the game is fairly simple but there is certainly some strategy to it. It is a turn based board game that features full online multiplayer as well as local play against other people or the computer. The goal is to get two five in a rows before your opponent. To make it more interesting there are pull and wild cards. It is always fun when people discover the pull card for the first time (usually used against them).
I really enjoy getting feedback so let me know what you think so I can make it better.
Work In Progress
Replacing my usage of Google's default load game browsers with custom ones so they have a more consistent look and feel as each other and the rest of my app.
Adding a mode where people can play local matches without having to login to Google Play Games.
Making the app design more Material Design like (this will be a longstanding wip).
Updating the main menu to look better. I would really like feedback on what to do there.

Description:
BandIt: Five in a Row is a free turn based board game for Android. It is the first app that I have published so I am really looking for more general feedback at this point. It has full online multiplayer support or local play against a friend or bot.
I just published this as my first app. Its an Android board game that makes heavy use of Google Play Games for multiplayer and even local saved games so everything is synced. It is turn based where you try and get two five in a rows before your opponent. Easy to pick up but pretty fun. Thanks for any feedback on it.
