I unlocked the Doom table first and then Skyrim. They're actually pretty good tables! Skyrim in particular has some interesting design as you create a character and continue to level it up and equip it, as well as develop more skills and such over many games. The main quest is also quite long and is saved to the character so it's not always the same game.
Bethesda Pinball is a standalone app featuring all three tables. You pick one to start with (my favorite is Doom), and you earn the other two by completing gameplay challenges. There's coins and ads to deal with, but it's not too bad. If you like the tables enough to buy them, they're a better deal in Zen Pinball.
