I haven't tried it myself, but I've heard good things about BitStream.
Also, Twitch announced last year that they will be launching native streaming from the Twitch mobile app sometime this year. When it launches, it will default to the IRL category.
This is quite a bit more complicated than just running DroidCam but you should be able to do this with a (virtual) server running nginx-rtmp (you can do this in a virtual machine) combined with an app like Bitstream.
I've done this before a year or two ago and it worked pretty well once you got it set up. Setting it up is, as I mentioned, somewhat complicated. There are some good tutorials out there though.
Load the Twitch app, click your profile picture in the top right, click the purple & black camera icon about halfway down the screen on the right, give your stream a title and hit Start Stream.
Personally I prefer BitStream because it gives you more options when it comes to encoding, but currently lacks the integration to edit your stream title/category. However, with an in-app purchase, you can unlock the ability to have web sources (i.e. alerts), which is an interesting idea.
Alerts work on the paid version of Bitstream and I have tested all alerts working on that pretty well. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ro.numedecod.cast
If you are on an iPhone I believe there is Live Air Solo which I believe now supports them :https://teradek.com/pages/liveair-solo (I do not have an iPhone so I have not tested it personally)
Nah android has apps for it too, try bitstream. Also there's an in-app purchase for both that and Live: Air Solo to put chat on the screen so you only need one phone.
I've been able to stream down to 2 bars of 3g around 1000kbps at a pinch (2500 is fine in built up areas), but yeah bandwidth is expensive. Especially if you need to use Telstra.

Then set up streamlabs normally: https://support.streamlabs.com/hc/en-us/articles/217615917-Setting-up-your-streaming-software-for-widgets
You might have to pay for one of those apps (not sure) but I think it would be worth it. All up to u.
On android Bitstream is the most popular. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ro.numedecod.cast&hl=en_GB

That will allow you to stream from an android device.
