Don't try to force going to the gym, it seems to be stressing you more than it is helping you. Just focus one day at a time, one meal at a time at one thing and one thing only, eat a better food and track it ( i use Easy Fit on android).
Diet is the key. Once that is under control, you can start moving on to increasing your daily activity, don't take on too much at once, a human being has limited will power. So pick your battles and dont forget to treat yourself with food you like. Its ok if you have a bad food here there, as long as its under controlled and track, it will not ruin your progress.

Losing weight fast is not a huge problem on its own, its the mindset behind it. If yo go about it the correct way with the correct mind set, then it will work for you and you will be able to keep the weight off.
Anyway, a great trick is to Eat things that make you full for a long time but have low calories such as chicken breast, eggs, broccoli and Salads. Make sure you avoid foods hight in carbs because even if you are in a calorie deficit, hight carbs raise your insulin levels telling your body to start storing whatever you eat as fat. So if you really want to go hardcore you need to stick to the kinds of foods i mentioned above, be more active, drink lots of wanter to stay full and make sure you stay under 20% carbs (good carbs only, no sugar) no matter what.
Btw, 1900 calories is completely wrong for you (assuming you are not doing a sport during the week). its 1000 calories for you!. You can use my app for tracking if you want, my daily calorie calculations are extremely accurate and are working for thousands of my users.
