I used this app (same makers as the C25K app - Zen Lab fitness). Pretty much exactly the same in terms of schedule etc.
Once you get onto half marathons I'd suggest finding a training plan online that suits your style and schedule.
Good luck!
I've had a couple of people I know use the 10k trainer app from Zenlabs ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.c10kforpink&hl=en_CA ). It's easy to use, and free. A good way to build up endurance for running.

This app really helped get my endurance up with running/jogging.
There are many good answers to this question, and I'm sure you'll get a variety, and that's a good thing. Do the one that works for you, and don't obsess over finding the "right" one.
I've gone from couch to 5, to 10, to 30, to half-Mary, to Marathon, to tri sport. I've tried so many apps and programs. At the end of the day the right one, is the one you keep using regularly.
You mention C210k, you could use the same app. Start back at week 1. Use your current pace as your baseline instead of walking. When you get the cue to run for 30,60,90 seconds, run at your goal pace. Follow the program for the duration with this new pacing. To get more specific you could cycle through 75% effort, to 80%, to 90%.
There are plenty of free resources out there to support what you are trying to do.
To get music with cueing, the podrunner podcasts are great. They have (generic electronic type) music with labelled BPM. This can be crucial if you find a good beat that can guide your pacing. Also a gateway to 8k, and a 10k program that has music with cueing tones to tell you when to run faster and when to slow down. These work on a three day a week schedule.
The Nike running app, which you don't need to have the special shoes anymore is great. You can get training programs right through the app that tell you what to run each day of the program. What it lacks is the in-music cueing. I am partial to this one because I have used it so long, I'm sure there are better ones out there, I'm interested to read about them in other replies.
Runner's world magazine, has many training programs available with titles such as, "Break 4 or Bust," "Beat 3:30," "Your Fastest 5/10 Ever!" which are usually 16-20ish week programs for running that give highly detailed guides as to how fast to run during each training session, what to do on hill days. Again, it's a paper resource, so it doesn't have the responsive cueing that you mention you are looking for, but these programs are great. You can buy them, or you can likely find scans of the pages from magazines easily. I suggest a web search for the break 4 or bust program to get a taste of what they might look like. This program helped me run a 3:42 marathon.
I've not used but here, these might help

The people who made the C25K android app have a C10K app which I'm about to start using, could be useful: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.c10kforpink&hl=en
