I'm not sure how roguey the Deck De Dungeon games are, but here's the Google Play Store link for the first game and here's the second.
I've only really played the second, and it's been a while. You have a basic deck to start out with. You pick a dungeon to challenge, and it's just a series of fights with monsters with a miniboss at room 10 and the big boss at room 15. Whenever you kill an enemy, you're given one of five cards to put into your deck, so it grows slowly over the course of your adventure. Each card has a specific effect, either dealing (physical) damage, magical damage, healing your HP, providing you a damage shield, or even drawing cards.
Cards cost BP to play and you Rest to regenerate BP and draw more cards, but this also advances the 'turn' and increment the remaining turns for the enemy's next attack. Enemies have several attacks and they're able to use several in one go if the timers all expire at the same time, so that's something to watch for.
The cards you play also provide buffs (though a few have detrimental effects), such as recovering BP for every card you play, and these buffs actually stack. Some cards rarely come with a constant effect buff that applies as long as that card is in your deck.
If you complete the dungeon, you're scored based on the time taken (the game tracks time 'thinking' where you are able to act and total including animations where you have no control) and you receive a card as a reward as well as some of the in-game currency that can be used to buy card packs or so on. The dungeons seem to rotate daily and some can only be run once a day, and these have specific debuffs in place too.
Kind of a shame it seems to be in maintenance mode now. There are only two card sets. The first DDD seemed to have bad Engrish for some descriptions but they seemed pretty workable for 2.
