I'm 99,99% sure it's "Dig Station" by C6H6. It was removed from the Play Store for whatever reason. Here is a former Play Store link. You can still get it from Amazon or other sites that archive APK files (which I can't link to due to Rule #7).
Dig Station is my favorite lately. Short and sweet, has a real ending. Made a guide for it too. Also playing Lutie Clicker

I will be updating later when I get this to somewhat playable version.
I took inspiration from both SPACEPLAN and Dig Station. I tried to keep the similarities to a minimum but I really enjoyed the aesthetics of the orbit view in SPACEPLAN and wanted to have a go at my own version.
