If you have andoid and want to learn Quenya, my Elvish Translator app has a decent word bank which can conjugate verbs and nouns.

It also has a sentence translator, but it is still quite basic.

Hey, I made an Android app which has a word list capable of conjugating and declining words. It can also translate simple sentences from english to quenya. I think it's a good tool for those interested in seriously learning quenya.
