Larousse is paid, but it's a really good offline dictionary. It has conjugation, audio, example phrases. If offline isn't a requirement, just use Wordreference.
French Verbs has a paid version, and it might seem an odd choice, but it's really good early on when you're not quite sure how to find the infinitve of a word or when you come across something in 'imparfait subjonctif' - it allows you to search for conjugated verbs. The Pro version has more verbs and I bought it out of gratitude because the free version was so useful.
Both of those paid apps are about $5.
