Skin tones are generally uneven due to dark circles under your eyes. Lack of sleep is not the only reason for dark circles. Our eyes go through a variety of exposures during the day.

Steps to reduce Dark Circles:
-Make sure that you are not staring constantly at an object for more than 20 minutes in a single stretch. If you do so, change your eye focus, look at a distant object for at least 30 seconds, in this way your eyes will change their focus and be more flexible.
-Try not to stay up late
-Dark circles may also appear from chronic eye rubbing. Do not rub your eyes, instead, wash them with clean water.
-If you are dark skinned, high exposure to sun should be prevented.
