To be entirely honest I completely agree with the mobile side of it, however 50% of that is likely to do with our extensive use of templates and JS specifically tailored to the desktop page of our community :(
Wikia actually has pretty much taken over the mobile side of things now for us which is great but a bit counter productive if ads are making it benchmark at the same sort of speeds with them ¯\(ツ)/¯
There is also an app for the WARFRAME Wikia for Android and iPhone if you're into that sort of thing

Warframe Utility is definitely a great companion app. Warframe Nexus - the official app - will be getting a pretty damn huge rework soon, though. With access to your Foundry, clan chat, stuff like that.
You may also be interested in Warframe Wiki app, or a Game Guides app.
