I depends on whether or not NA uses the same bind code system JP does. If yes, then it will hit 1 mil easily because DW counts "new account" as "download". That's how they hit 4mil so fast - literally because of rerollers. The actual app install count for F/GO JP is not even 5 mil atm but they are ready to celebrate their "10 mil downloads" mark. In comparison, Greater Tokyo has a total population of 13 mil and Japan has a total population of 126 mil. The chances of almost 10% of Japan's population playing F/GO is next to none.

Technically it's rated "E for Everyone 10+" for FGO Japan and "T for Teens" for FGO NA, the subreddit should accomodate that.

New apk. 1.25.1 (android only)
Hmm. So DW needs about 3 hours to fix problem in apk and push it to Google store. And login bug isn't fixed for 13 days already. Good job.
i am more to think of the region-lock thing as something that was in place due to the game's content being available in japanese ( language ) only, thus limiting its market / availability to the JP stores to avoid casual mobage players from the other region downloading it out of curiosity only to complaint on not being able to understand a thing later ( see the reviews on the google playstore for best case ).
if the developers were to fully deny foreign players from accessing the game they could really just filter out foreign IPs like some JP sites did, but instead DW was even kind enough to lift up the temporary ban on chinese IPs that was probably put in place to mitigate the damaging heavy traffic during accel order.
Huh, looks like the age rating is different between android and apple phones. FGO JP's age rating in the android app store still shows as 12+. I don't know why it's different though.
Currently there are some app (mostly Japanese game) which detects emulator, usb debug options and root.
For example: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aniplex.fategrandorder (you can get it from apkmirror)
I tried magisk on phone, it worked. However, it doesn't work in emulator. I wonder why this happened?
He means the version of your Android OS. E.g., stock ROM vs custom ROMs like CyanogenMod, AOKP, or MIUI.
Try using an VPN to get a Japanese IP and get it via the Play Store link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aniplex.fategrandorder

Just look at these numbers and the symmetry. It's insanely suspicious but if you don't think so then that's fine, but its really not so uncommon to get like bots for stuff like this.
It's a mobile game available on ios/android.

From JP page, yes it is indeed 12+. Difference rating for different mobile app I suppose.
