Very good idea! I've also been thinking of making such application to be used together with the optimizer but gave up due to all possible resolution issues, all screenshots to be taken and the difference in phone OSes. Not to mention my lack of free time and experience in mobile development :(

This way it may run alongside Summoners War and you only have to select a rune and press a button on your app. Then the app itself takes care of the screenshot, processing and then deleting the screenshot.
