Not sure about accuracy, but I'm going to suggest an app called Fooducate. Been using it for years and helps as a decent gauge for items that are purported to be healthy. A quick scan of the barcode and it provides a letter grade with explanations.
Another app/site you may want to look into is Eat This Much.
I like to think it's pretty well-known, but seemingly everyone that I bring up Fooducate to have no idea and they are like "This is awesome!"
Been using this for years and the amount of people I have suggested this too, who never heard of it, amazes me.
Great concept in that it allows you to scan food/drink items and gives you a grade based on health factors including detailed explanations backing the grade. Also has tracking capabilities built in for various diets.
Go home bot, you're drunk.
Use Fooducate. It shows grading, ingredients, percentages, alternatives, etc., etc.
