VG Collection Tracker. There's a free and paid version. The free version does everything you'll need. I've been using it for years now and it's very user friendly. Constant updates as well.

Here's what I use. There is a free version that serves the same purpose. I paid for the app becuase I like being able to sync with dropbox.
