It will also record the internal audio without root. It doesn't leave a watermark (it may be there by default but you can remove it in the options). For the sound just remember that you will not hear any sound yourself when Mobizen is recording it.

It is highly inspired by Lara Croft GO and other GO games. It's not the same quality as it is just me, but I hope you'll like it :)
