Gobandroid is ok, and free : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.ligi.gobandroid_hd&hl=en
For replaying games I prefer Agora Go (bigger buttons and nicer look): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.agoraGoFree&hl=en.
I've tried out just about every go app on Android. I think for what you're doing, you can try Gobandroid. It's free and it does what you want and has scoring/Gnugo as well.
Go = English name
Baduk = Korean name
Weiqi = Chinese name
Igo = Japanese name
Paduk is just an old fashioned romanization (like how Busan used to be written Pusan).
There are actually quite a number of decent Go/Baduk apps. Try Gobandroid. It runs GnuGo and can load problems and whatnot and supports pass and play and is ad-free/open source.
Here's something to start with for igo.

However, while the basics are simple, igo is one of the hardest games to learn.
Gobandroid. Open source. Free of ads. Boards from 2x2 to 23x23. You can load sgf files with comments or create your own. There's support to tsumegos too.
