For students with Android phones
Grade Tracker Pro (free) is SO USEFUL. You can put in the grade scales (points based or percentage based) for all your classes and keep track of your grades. There's also a grade calculator so you can figure out what grade you need to make on a test/project/etc. in order to keep your A in the class.

It's free in the Google Play store for android. I started using it to keep track of my grades and it was really easy to figure out what I needed on each assignment to get certain grades and to keep track of my GPA. The developer is really helpful too, takes a lot of time to respond to people and update the app, I emailed him with a question and got a really thorough response.
