This app was called "Guide for Binding Of Isaac" initially, I remember using it.
Just "Isaac" is a bit different, but I know that Google Play moderators are sometimes too hasty with the banhammers.
I say always be looking up items. I use this Isaac guide app on andriod. You can sort the items by color which makes it much easier to find in the list.
I use the BOI Item Guide one and really like it. (especially the different item display modes and filter options) It isn't as detailed with the stats as the Platinum God site 'though and I don't know of an app that matches it.
Most of the time I end up using the steam overlay's browser anyways to look up stuff on Platinum God while playing.
