Meditation. Awareness. Most INFP see ourselves as incomplete. And want some sort of validation from outside on our success and other things. We have some bench mark for success that may be too high. A lot of times I feel people don't realize that we ourselves create a kinda obstacle or limit ourselves. Sometimes this can be useful. However sometimes this can lead us to despair. Learning to overcome this is in itself a life long lesson. Opening up and learning new things is good way. Check Antony De Mello talk on self awareness
